❌ No Returns & No Refunds
At B Lotus Heavan, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong selection by customer
- Incorrect size, color, or variant chosen
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
⚠️ Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
We only offer a replacement or refund if:
- You receive a damaged item
- You receive the wrong product
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or video proof of the issue
If approved:
- We will send a replacement OR
- Issue a full refund (case-by-case basis)
🚫 Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 8 hours of placing
- After processing/shipping, orders cannot be canceled
🚚 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers or customs
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
📦 Return Requests
- We do not accept physical returns under any circumstances
- Do not send items back without contacting us
